Our courier tickets only accept addresses that are written in English. If they are written in any other characters (such as Japanese/Thai etc), we will use Google Translate/Google Maps to try calculate the correct address. This is not always 100% accurate and we accept no responsibility if items are sent to the wrong place due to this.

How often are orders processed?

Orders are generally processed once or twice a week with courier pick ups the following day.

How long should my package take to arrive?
All NZ shipping should be delivered the next target day. On occasion, it may take up to 2-3 days to arrive depending on delays and location around NZ.

For international shipping, times vary depending on your location. We will send you tracking numbers so you can view the progress through the nominated courier website. Currently due to the limited amount of flights leaving New Zealand, there is delays on international shipping. These could take up to a month to send out. Please keep checking your tracking number for updates.

How long does custom gear take to arrive?
Sublimation gear generally takes 2 weeks to arrive once the final design has been approved. Race wear such as Suits and Gloves can take up to 5 weeks once the final design has been approved. Please ensure you order with plenty of time as there can be delays with shipping which is out of our control. Please allow a few extra days if your order is international.

Are all packages tracked?

NZ: all packages are tracked with non-signature delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL: Where available, all packages are tracked and you will receive your tracking number via email when dispatched. On a rare occasion, tracking may be unavailable to your country, in which untracked will be used.
Some countries do not allow us to have a tracked option (Middle East for example). Due to no tracking, these are shipped at your risk. We will send you the relevant shipping information for you to chase up if necessary.

Why am I getting shipping errors when I try to check out? 
This could be for two reasons, either your order size is too large or we do not currently ship to your country. 

The maximum size we can ship internationally is 2kg. Due to shipping costs, it is cheaper to send two smaller packages under 2kg than it is to go above our 2kg limit.

Alternatively, if there are no shipping options available, we may not have set up shipping rates to your country yet. Please contact us and we will organise this for you!

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive all tracking details via email. Simply click the link to the NZ Post website.
